Patients whose most recent case was discharged more than the selected number of years ago, with no other active or on-hold case. This list is informational only -- nothing here deletes or modifies any record. Review with whoever owns your retention policy before acting on it.

Right now, the Billing Report is priced entirely off Medicare rates as an interim standard rate card -- every charge line uses the Medicare $/unit rate for its CPT code, regardless of the patient's actual payer. At go-live, each client will provide their own real charge master (per-payer contracted rates), and this table already supports that (payer type is stored per rate below); until then, only Medicare rows affect the report -- other payer types are optional early prep and are ignored for pricing.

Signed treatment notes, evaluations, and progress reports for patients with a Cerner Patient ID on file are exported to Cerner (Oracle Health FHIR) on a daily/weekly schedule. Entries below are only ever created once a record is signed and its patient is matched -- unmatched patients show as "skipped_no_crosswalk" rather than being silently dropped. Set a patient's Cerner Patient ID from their chart, and a case's Cerner Encounter ID from that case's card, to enable matching.
